I was logged out of the EA app so I logged back in. When I started Sims 4, it was like I had never played the game before. I got all of the pack pop ups like I had just bought them and none of my saves appeared. I closed the game and checked the saves folder and everything was there. The game was now reading from a new Electronic Arts folder it made when I started the game, under a different user profile, the Public profile. Am I able to move everything from the old folder to the new one? I am the only user on my computer.
