I have this pc with EA where we bought the sims 4 after the new main menue makeover. After saving, saving things in the gallery, everytimes we close and re open the game everything dissapear. The only thing that are still there are the bought stuff.

    I have a similar problem but the thing is that I brought the game after the update so even if we save in the galery or create a new save file it never get saved
