My entire computer crashed and restarted and logged me out of EA and when I tried to restart up sims all my data was gone, and it asked me to if I wanted to restart and recover them and last time I had to do that it worked but this time all of my households are still gone. I even tried logging out and signing back in and trying to restart sims again. does anyone know how to get them back or am I out of luck?
