Cursor moving too fast
Whenever I go to rotate the camera in game it spins uncontrollably fast, this problem began yesterday and I hadn’t updated the game or added any new mods/cc. After closing the game it would not open...

trizanya For the fact that the game wouldn't open, if it happens again, try restarting your computer.
For the cursor spinning too quickly, if you can get far enough to test, try disabling any background apps running at the same time. Check the Task Manager's background processes list as well. The first suspects would be apps that come with overlays: Discord, Steam, etc.
