This is similar because each CC is created on the basis of an EA object.
These are definitely EA eyebrows, but for some small error, you have these eyebrows of a different color. Why such a color. Have you not chosen to test in CAS sim with such a hair color? The eyebrow color in CAS is automatically set as the sim hair color in CAS unless you manually change this option. Choose a random sim with black hair for testing in CAS and look for those eyebrows.
The TS4 is constructed so that no CC will even close to your game if you don't add it yourself. It won't get to the gallery either. You can send to the Gallery a sim with CC hair that will be visible in his photo but in the Gallery, he will be bald for every player who downloads him. Another simple way to check this is to send a sim to the Gallery with these eyebrows. If this is CC Galeria will immediately mark this sim with a blue key and for anyone who will download it, she will not have these eyebrows.

@kreatoraI’m so sorry, that’s not them. I wish I saw that! Then I wouldn’t even have to wonder where they came from because they look like other EA eyebrows but thank you endlessly though.
I think this further confirms that it’s definitely cc. I hate to keep harping on the texture, but the ones I have look like bad cc, absolutely flat, no hairs or details, shadows or light, it’s pretty bad.
Even when my sim has standard black hair, the thumbnail will always have orange eyebrows, even when set to match hair colour, an even when not selected, but not the other eyebrows in my game. It definitely performs differently, so with that being said, how in the world can I get them out?- puzzlezaddict6 years agoHero+
@PerfectPlumbobs So you're saying that these eyebrows show up in a completely clean game folder, with no added content whatsoever? There's no need to reinstall the game; removing the Sims 4 folder from Documents\Electronic Arts is enough. Custom content is installed into this folder, so if you don't put anything in there, you won't have any cc.
And I'd still like to see a screenshot of the eyebrow you're referencing. If your in-game screenshot function doesn't do justice to the eyebrow, put your game in windowed or windowed borderless mode, click somewhere on your desktop, then hit Windows key-shift-S, and drag your cursor over the section of screen you want to capture. You can then open Paint or another image-editing app, and ctrl-V to paste the image. Please attach it to a post, so I can compare it with my own game.
