Some add-ons not installing after 09.22.26 update

Sims 4 just updated but for whatever reason won't install a few of  add-ons (that were downloaded prior to the update). Each download will get up to 2% and then tell me something went wrong.

I already clicked the get help link and followed the steps to clear cache, restart the app, and app recovery, but nothing has worked.
