Daylight does not enter through the window or the doors

@nathalierr  Please post a screenshot of your graphics settings.  You can put the game into windowed fullscreen or windowed mode and use Windows key-shift-S to capture that portion of the screen.

Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

And let me know if you use any third-party apps or utilities, for example Reshade, that change how the game looks.

First of all, thank you @puzzlezaddict for replying me! First time writing here, in this case, I'm totally new. 

I have inserted the image of the Dxdiag. I've been playing since The Sims 1 (I'm not one of the new players who have been able to enjoy the base game for free). So far I haven't had any problems, the famous bugs that many players (including me) have, but it hasn't bothered me. I've been playing with the graphics settings in "alto" which means "high" in English. No problems until the latest update. I think it's another bug. But if it isn't and you have a possible solution, I'd be happy to read it. Thanks again!!
