Re: Deck the Palms event missing in-game and can't claim rewards

I have logged in before January 4th, and claimed all but the last two items as of yesterday. When I logged in today I did not have the option to claim the last two items, the events tab is gone, and it isn't even 12pm. I have attached a screenshot showing the time, the online social features tab is checked, and no event tab. There is an option to claim gifts on the right, but nothing happens when I select claim now.
