@Kitkatk8xx Please try a using couple different types of audio devices, e.g. laptop speakers, headphones connected via jack, Bluetooth headset, etc. The point is to see whether the issus is the device or its connection, or perhaps something internal to your computer.
If you have the same issue with any device, try playing in a clean boot:
