Detective Career: Can't arrest correct suspect

I sent you my game file. I named the zip file, "Sims4MazeFamilyGlitch.zip". I also have no idea who the Sim "Skyler Irpan" is, she just randomly appeared in my game. There's also another Sim next to her that fits the exact picture but I wasn't allowed to arrest her either.

I'll check your save tomorrow.

Thank you, I eventually arrested another woman who fits the description. I just had to keep arresting people. It was pretty annoying but I eventually got it, thank you for your time.

That has happened to me when I had an Alien in disguise fitting the suspect description but, of course my sim did not know she was an alien so, arrested her instead of the right one. I decided I needed to make it up to the woman, so I invited her out to dinner and, there learned that she was an alien in disguise. Might be what's going on here too, the one that doesn't work is an alien pretending to be the one you want but, isn't.

So I have started for the detective carreer for the first time after years of playing.

But there is a huge bug!

I have all the leads to the suspect. But there is no way to find the suspect!

It is alway a completly different person!

My clues where young adult, female, brown hair, wears skirt, wears blouse.

After searching for days, and sims pointing me in the direction. It turns out to be a adult male!? Like WHAT?
This realy needs to get fixed! problem been know since august 2016?!
