Detective Career: Can't arrest correct suspect

I'm in the detective career and I found the exact suspect I've been searching for, for days. And now that I've found them, it says they don't match the profile, even though they do. They're an elder,...

    I was able to arrest a Sim called Patrice Sapp that fits the description.

    Don't know why the other doesn't qualify though.

    She is guilty too

That has happened to me when I had an Alien in disguise fitting the suspect description but, of course my sim did not know she was an alien so, arrested her instead of the right one. I decided I needed to make it up to the woman, so I invited her out to dinner and, there learned that she was an alien in disguise. Might be what's going on here too, the one that doesn't work is an alien pretending to be the one you want but, isn't.
