Deuluxe showing as standard since the ea app came out

Hello, im writing on behalf of my daugther. My daugther have the sims 4 deluxe edition on her laptop, she could not lauch the game in origin last night and then we saw that it was because of origin ...

    Thanks for checking! Since you're not seeing it here, we'll now need the live support team to look over your account details and investigate why you're not seeing the deluxe upgrade content in your add-ons. 

    Please reach out to live support through the help site here so they can review this further with you- let me know if you run into any issues getting in touch with the team there.

Please check the Order History on your account details, are you seeing a completed purchase for the deluxe upgrade listed there?

Here are 2 screenshots as proofshe owns the sims 4 digital deluxe ugrade and it still says standard edition

    Thanks, do you currently have the CAS Demo installed? If so, please try the steps in the thread here and let me know if this helps.

      From what i can tell the sims CAS demo should be located in the C:\Users\[Name]\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 Create A Sim Demo.

      all i can see is the sims 4 installed there no "CAS Demo"
