Deuluxe showing as standard since the ea app came out

Hello, im writing on behalf of my daugther.

My daugther have the sims 4 deluxe edition on her laptop, she could not lauch the game in origin last night and then we saw that it was because of origin was replaced with ea app so we downloaed that  and all went well until she wanted to lauch the sims 4.

She has the The sims 4 deluxe upgrade pack and it showed on the origin app when that was working as deluxe edtion but now it says standard edition, if i go and check if the deluxe edition of under addons it aint but when i seach for it on ea app it shows as owned.

Is this a problem for many or just a early bug with the ea app?

i have tried reinstalling the sims 4 but no luck at all?

Anyone have the solution for this or can a ea supporter help me?

    I have just been switched to the EA app and my app is also showing that I have the standard edition when I had originally purchased the digitial deluxe edition.  I have also lost the pre-order bonus content I had.   I am especially upset about losing the lovely little bike I had for the Cottage Living pre-order.  How do I get all this back?

    @EA_Solaire  No.  I had it when I had was playing on the Digital Deluxe Edition on Origin but since I had to switch to the EA App and I've been downgraded to the standard edition I have lost all my pre-ordered content.  I will be interested to see if I receive the content for pre-ordering Get Together.

    I have a similar problem, I assume it's the same underlying issue. My game is listed as standard, but I had Limited edition. As is asked of everyone here I reached out on Facebook both in comment and pm. But now I'm wondering, how long is normal to wait for a reply?
