Digital Deluxe Gone Back To Standard Edition

Does anyone else have their Sims 4 game as the standard edition, even after buying Digital Deluxe?

I just noticed that because of the sale and it says I only own the standard.

I have attached a screenshot of my receipt so I KNOW I bought it.

Please help!

    @cheesoam 

    When you open the game do you see any of the content from the upgrade such as the flaming tiki bar or the animal hats?

    Notice that all these items will be listed as base game.

    Hi

    Yes I have the in-game content so I wonder why it's saying standard.

    I've also emailed customer support. hopefully, they fix it ASAP.

    As I mentioned earlier it is listed as base game so nothing to fix as you have the content.

    My game is still listed as a standard edition, with the deluxe still available for me to buy. That was my original complaint.

    I want that fixed. It’s not too much to ask for.

    @cheesoam 

    You can indeed buy it as a gift to someone else if you want.

    As already explained there are nothing to fix you have all the items that are included. If you need further confirmation than seeing it in your game you can see the items in the game library by clicking the game then select Extra content. Scroll to addons there you will see them and beside each item you will see "Unlocked".

    I have the same problem. I bought the Deluxe version but it only appears that I have the standard version. There has to be a way to fix that. Someone else probably knows how!? I need help with that, I would really appreciate it, I want to see what I paid for. Thanks in advance.

    Same here. Only, I don't have the content in my game anymore. I tried to "upgrade" to deluxe just to have the content back, but because I already own the deluxe upgrade (technically) there's no option to buy it again/upgrade. It just says I already own it. I've tried every fix I know, but nothing has fixed this. I'm getting really frustrated. LOL
