Hi, I was redownloading the sims after not playing it for a while and I was uninstalling some random things on my laptop to make some more space, when it came to opening the app there’s weird lines ...
@aariiqna Please update your laptop's graphics driver, which is from 2018 and is probably the issue here. This is the newest driver AMD provides for your processor and graphics chip:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
