Dine out blue terrain glitch??

Hi I was hoping someone maybe could help me out and explain this

so I’ve never had this issue before and I took all my mods out to make sure it was that and uh still getting this

so every time my sim opens their restaurant for the day the entire world terrain around the lot including their own ( excluding roads and paths ) turn blue.

now if I got to manage worlds and go back into said lot it disappears until the next sim day when I open the restaurant again and I have to do that yet again.

thought I’d post this and see if anyone else has had this problem and possibly a solution
