Community ManagerI enabled DX11 and personally experienced a significant increase in FPS (averaging 50-60 instead of 30-40 in Live Mode). I have experienced a strange visual bug though where the text in a notification description cuts off after a certain number of characters. This bug does not occur when DX11 is disabled. This bug has happened in every save I have played in, new & old.
Platform: PC (Windows 11)

How often does the bug occur? Anytime a notification pops up with a long amount of text in its description
What is your current game version number? 1.107.112.1030 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every single pack is installed
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a notification with a long amount of text (e.g. "On the road to fame" notification, promotion notifications)
What happens when the bug occurs? The text at a certain point cuts off and I cannot see the rest of the notification text
What do you expect to see? The entire notification description
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Mods & CC are disabled

I noticed the same issue in my game, checked all my mods and even thought it could be to do with ui cheats, I’ve now disabled DX11 and hopefully it’s fixed it.
I personally didn’t notice any difference with performance
