Community ManagerHi Cade the fps problem is whit windows not nvidia or the other. They did tell it's opt for gameing but it has backround problems whit what others is telling you. There is the problem, people was not a fan of dx11 whit windows and they did make dx12 because of user's like us but more. Did tell them that it's not so working out for there pc or laptops that have dx11. And there is lies the new problem whit you too.
If you'r collegues can work on it, make the dx12 a option for us would help us out and less the comments for this!

What happens when the bug occurs? A white screen appears for a few seconds
What do you expect to see? The game to load straight away
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
If you have any files in the configoverride folder please remove them.
Overall, bar a few issues mentioned above that I have posted I like the DX11 update, it does need some work though so I'm glad Maxis haven't enabled it as default yet.
