Community ManagerI have DirectX 11 installed. In fact, Windows 7 itself comes with DirectX11, by default. Also, your tone is bit rude. If you aren't footing the bill you shouldn't be telling people what they need to buy or what their level of happiness should be. It helps no one.
@kaichen04I don't think they said anything rude, they just said that one can't expect anything good with such outdated hardware and OS and they said correct.
I don't think it makes sense to report issues in this case.
This is a place to report technical issues; I'm reporting one. the message I got wasn't that my current setup was incompatible. It asked me to reinstall. I did. Twice. It didn't work. I'm waiting for further information. Even though I have Windows 7, last time i had an issue, I came here. People helped me. My game was fixed. This forum was a tremendous help.You, however, are not helping anybody. In fact, you are complaing that I am using the forum for what it is exactly for: reporting issues. If someone from techical support tells me the new game update won't be compatible with my PC, so be it. But no one told me that. The message I'm getting is simply to reinstall, but reinstalling hasn't fixed it. I want to know if there are further steps or if they can correct this issue in a future update. You are being rude. Regardless if you aknowledge it. i'm trying to report an issue and you are being condescending and disrupting my communication with people that can help. It's rude.
