- How often does the bug occur?: 100% of the time while on DirectX 11
- What is your current game version number?: 1.109.207.1020
- What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?: EP: All except Lovestruck, For Rent, Growing Together and Highschool Years; GP: All except My Wedding Stories and Dream Home Decorator; SP: All except Moschino, Toddler, Vintage Glamour, Kids Room, Home Cinema, Luxury Party; Sets: Castle, Lingerie, Desert Oasis, Bust the Dust; Holiday, Reaper's Guitar
- Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: Start the game, load into main menu and interact with the icon menu at the bottom right corner of the Windows 11 Taskbar.
- What happens when the bug occurs?: The screen starts flickering black in rapid pace until the menu is closed and the game is put back on focus. This issue is not present in DX9 Mode.
- What do you expect to see?: No screen flickering during gameplay.
- Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?: Yes, but I disabled them.
It isn't mod-related, that's for sure. It might be an GPU Issue but this is the only game I am having this issue in. So this clearly must be game-related. This issue was not present before the major DX11 Update.
If you could look into this, it would be most welcome. I will try to deal with it for now or switch to DX9 Mode until this issue is resolved.
Attached is my DxDiag.txt as requsted.

@Dimenarius It looks like you have a number of peripherals connected, and it's worth testing without those just to make sure they're not conflicting with Sims 4 or each other. So please test with only your keyboard and mouse, and if the problem is gone, start reconnecting your other devices one or two at a time.
The DirectX 11 version of Sims 4 does have a known issue where alt-tab doesn't work properly, and that could be related to what you're seeing, but it's not exactly the same as what you've described.

I can confirm that with the latest game update I no longer experience the flicker issue ingame.
I can now play on DX11 without any problems.
Maybe my GPU was also to blame since I also received an NVIDIA Driver Update recently. My problem is therefore resolved.
