Community ManagerSendenai Did you install the newest driver the Intel website provides for your processor and graphics chip? Your laptop manufacturer's provided driver may not be new enough.
If you're not sure what you've installed, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
yes I think the newest driver is installed. I'll attach the dxdiag, it's from 8th march
