Driver File Version: 32.00.0101.5542 (English)
Driver Version: 32.0.101.5542
[...]
Driver Date/Size: 08/06/2024 1:00:00, 4497408 bytes
The dxdiag also lists two crashes of Sims 4 that look exactly like the usual Xe Graphics/DirectX 9 crashes, which is no surprise. Additionally, the dxdiag lists four crashes of the graphics driver that may or may not be happening while you play but are serious enough to address regardless.

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play.
If you get an error when trying to install the driver, here's a workaround:

But according to the Intel Graphics Software, the graphic driver is all updated , I tried searching for the newest updates and it says it's all updated. I attach these images so you can see
