disable autonomy / free will durring conversation?

hello  since sims 4 was first released this  is been bothering me

my sim has free will disabled in the settings as i like full control on her only

but whenever i get into a talk  she will auto do something i not like

as example i greet a walk by   she does tell me about computers and suddenly my sim insulting her -.-

i did never tell her to do this  i want to be friendly to other

yet my real problem is i sit on  a bar at the party club  have a drink  and everyone who sit next to me my sim auto insulting her

it is very annoying  and i have turn off free will in a reason

i know traits and all do cause sims to behave good or bad  but really free will off shall mean NO FREE WILL AT ALL

is there any hope we can get a future option to disable this?

it was perfect in Sims 3 when free will off they will just stand  unless the opposite do interraction  but ours will do on order only  i miss this in sims 4
