Disappearing Sims Is Still Happening!!!

The latest update did not fix the disappearing sim issue. I was hoping it would have. now, I have to start a new neighborhood than my main one, and hope no sims still go missing in that hood specifically.

This BADLY needs to be fixed ASAP. otherwise, I cannot play it nor can anybody else. this is disappointing, wondering if i can get a refund or something if this continues.
