I've also got a similar issue.

Everytime I try to do an interaction with my sim, he got stuck and doesn't move anymore, so I have to reset him after every task. Meanwhile, the action is working in the background because after resetting e.g. after cooking, you can see the finished food.

Couldn't even play one day without resetting.

Already deleted all my mods and CC, renamed the Sims 4 folder, repaired the game in Origin and the bug still exists.
