- 5 years ago@owlrosie1 Hello! I'm sorry for the late reply, it seems like your CPU is 1.6ghz while the recommended minimum is 1.8ghz for sims. I don't think that should interfere with your sound tho...
Try to troubleshoot your audio/sound device. I could see that your on windows 10 wich makes this easier since i'm also on it. Press the "start" button (the windows flag), go to settings - system - sound. When you're in the "sound" tab you should see the name of your audio/sound device, under there should be a button that says "troubleshoot" or something like that, press it and see if it says anything! <3
