Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try downloading the sims 4 > eventually get stuck at 14% with any random pack. It mostly happens when it gets to download the "growing together" expansion pack, but even if you restart everything from scratch, use the "help > app recovery > CLEAR CACHE" option, restart the app, restart my computer, nothing works to make the stuff continuing the download...I also tried repairing the sims (it still didn't work)
What happens when the bug occurs? Error message saying try again in a few minutes no matter how long I wait to try again.
What do you expect to see? My purchase to be honored and be able to download/play with the content.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) June 3, 2023. Every hour of the day
Summarize your bug Try downloading the sims 4 > eventually get stuck at 14% with any random pack. It mostly happens when it gets to download the "everyday clutter kit", but even if you restart everything from scratch, use the "help > app recovery > CLEAR CACHE" option, uninstall the whole game, uninstall the EA app (I even formatted my whole laptop, clean windows install), nothing works to make the stuff continuing the download... But I can download and run any other game from ANY other platform, just not the stuff from EA desktop app... groundbreaking... (english is not my first language, so whatever for the proper grammar)

What happens when the bug occurs? the download won't continue or finish (and sometimes it won't even start, leading to the same stuck in 14%)
What do you expect to see? My game downloaded and ready to be played....
