Can someone give me some advice.
I started up my EA account today to find that I had to redownload all of my sims 4 stuff. I currently have all released content for the game. While I was doing that, I kept getting download errors. I let it finish what it could and canceled the ones it couldn't. I cleared the cache and tried again. I got farther this time and I'm down to two expansions. High school and Growing Together. I've tried to clear the cache again, restart the app and my computer but nothing is working. I even tried to repair the game, and nothing is happening. They stop at 14% each time and I'm at a loss at what to do. I really don't want to have to delete everything and start all over again as I have been working on this for four hours or so. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
SOOOO update. After many, many, many tries. I have gotten high school years to download. I did it by clearing the cache, going to my library, hitting the three dots on the game instead of opening the game page itself and doing it that way. I am still working on Growing together the same way. Thankfully I only have the two but its still taking forever. I tried repairing the game and its even had a hard time doing that.
Last Edit hopefully. I have gotten Growing Together to FINALLY download. I unistalled EA, reinstalled it, cleared the cache, went to library, clicked the three dots, downloaded it and it has FINALLY worked. the only down side is that i had to repeat this process for both of them. I hope this helps someone.
