DLC for Sims 4 not appearing after moving to the EA app
Can anyone possibly help me or explain why my packs are showing up as being purchased in the ea app and not showing up in my sims 4 game? I originally got the game years ago on origin along with the dlc for it off origin as well as a b-day gift. When I was forced to move to ea’s app it shows that the dlc is still saying purchased and in my add-ons list but do not appear in my game? The dlc I purchased with the ea app are showing up though. What do I do?
