DLC from EA App not Showing up in Steam Sims 4 Game

I have Sims 4 for the EA app and for Steam. I just bought a bunch of DLC via the EA app, but I also already have the Werewolf DLC on Steam. I read that I need to install Sims 4 on Steam then download the DLC on the EA app, then start the game via Steam, and all my DLC will be there. Well it is not. When I run Sims 4 via Stream only the Werewolf DLC shows up, and when I run Sims 4 via the EA app, all the other DLC is there but not the Werewolf DLC. What is going on, what am I doing wrong?

PS - I tried sending an email via the EA help page but I kept getting a bot authentication error, and of course there's no phone number to call because these companies don't actually give a crap about providing real support

    @TDB1726  It sounds like you have two copies of Sims 4 installed, which would explain the problem.  You'll need to uninstall the EA App version of the game, then download ONLY your packs, not another copy of the base game, through the EA App.  When you download just the packs, they should install into the Steam version's program files, allowing those packs to load when you launch Sims 4 through Steam.
