DLC's not showing up in game

I have recently upgraded my pc, meaning I had to transfer my data across, doing this it has stopped me from loading up my game as some of the content hasn't shown up, I have downloaded them all through both steam and EA app.
The packs missing from the game are: Discover University, Snowy Escape, High School Years, Lovestruck, Werewolves, Seasons, Get Famous.

Does anyone know how I can get them all back working in the game?

Linked are all my add ons and saying that they are all downloaded on both platforms.

    @Cookeacookie Hello, could you please submit an error report from EA app (top left hand corner) and share the ID here?

    Can you also show a screenshot that lists the content Sims is complaining about? I saw the error message you posted but am hoping there is a list from Sims perspective.

    Also, you could try an App Recovery from EA app top left corner. That might help.

    @Cookeacookie  Any content you own in Steam needs to be installed and played through Steam, and having two copies of Sims 4 installed may cause additional problems.  So please uninstall the game through the EA App, restart your computer, and try installing only the packs you own (not another copy of the base game) through the EA App.  If the game is still installed through Steam, your EA App-owned packs should install into the Steam version.

    You may need to clean-uninstall both copies and reinstall through Steam to get everything to work together.

    @SansGelatine  This is a Known Issue and as such, it's not necessary to ask anyone to create an EA App error report or engage in any other generic troubleshooting steps.
