DLCs not working together, should I download from EA or Steam?

I bought the Sims 4 with the Vampires expansion from the EA store a while ago and it's run fine, but I just got some DLCs (primarily werewolves) from steam and they're not working. If I download Sims 4 from EA, The vampires one works. If I download from steam, the werewolf one works. How do I get both to work?

Edit: Still not working. I took some advice from Reddit and tried both clearing EA's Cache and deleting it entirely and redownloading it, and neither worked.

    @cosmiicprince  You'll need to install Sims 4 through Steam to use all your content.  You'll also need to uninstall the EA App version of Sims 4 first.  Once you've done that, install the game and your Steam-owned packs, then download your EA-owned packs, but not a second copy of the base game, through the EA App.  Open your game library and click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons to see the option.
