jmblibra To be clear, if you start a new save, you can play for a while on the home lot, but if your sims travel and try to go back home, you also get stuck on a loading screen? That would be very odd. I can see how your main save would have this problem, but a new save shouldn't if you can load the home lot in the first place, when you first start to play.
Having said that, if you're placing an existing lot from the Gallery or your own library, please test with a default EA-made lot instead. And let me know whether this happens with your Mods folder removed. I'm not saying you can't use mods or custom content in general, but it would be useful to know whether a new save is affected without this content.
I'd also like to see lastexception files from when you get stuck on a loading screen in both your old and new saves. Here's how to provide them:

It's happening on a copperfield lot where the prom is held
jmblibra Again, does this happen in a new save with no content from the Gallery or your own library?
And I would also like the lastexceptions I requested in my previous post.

It happens even in a new save and the current save even with no cc taken out and put back in
Now when I press resume in the current save from the main menu it keeps going to the world even when I press my household it goes to the world's
jmblibra Did you test a new save in a clean Sims 4 folder, with nothing else added back? And did you repair the game before testing? If not, please do both now.
For your main save, it sounds like it's broken now, so please revert to a backup save and try again. If you can get a lastexception, I'd still like to see it. Here's how to load a backup save:

I created a new sims4 clean game it worked normal then i added mods and tray with a clean save file and it did the world thing again . When I took the mods folder out and left the tray files in it worked normally
jmblibra Then you know your issue is mod-related, or at least the issue with new saves is mod-related. If your old saves don't work even in an otherwise clean folder (copy one of them to a new clean folder, but nothing else), we'd love one for testing purposes. You can upload it to a third-party filesharing site and either post the link here or send it to me via PM.
I'd also like to know what mods you were using previously so I can compare it to other players' mods lists. You can PM me that list too if you don't want to share here.

My save worked in clean folder i have added quite a few mods in it's happened quite a few times and I put the rest in yesterday and it happened again but I dont know how to tell which mods is corsing it
jmblibra You need to test all your mods to find the problem. Use the 50/50 method if you have a lot of them to sort through.
