Do I have to pay for The Sims 4 again after moving from Origin?

I just bought a new computer and realised I was unable to download origin again since it had been removed. In the past when I've gotten new computers I've just logged back into origin and reinstalled the Sims for free since it was still linked to my account, however I can't do this now. Is there a way for me to access it on EA without having to pay for the game again? I'd be okay to pay for just the game but I have years worth of expansion packs bought as well.

    @shayshay229  Just sign into the EA App with the same email address and password you were using in Origin, and all your content should be available to download from your game library.  There's no need to spend any more money.
