"Don't have access" message in Sims 4 through EA on PC

Summarize your bug Can't get into game since purchasing Sims 4 Ranch Expansion and two most recent kits.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't get into the game and I get the "Don't have access" message.
What do you expect to see? Sims 4!
"You don't have access" message in Sims 4
I bought the Sims 4 Horse Ranch Expansion Pack and the two newest kits. I have not been able to get into the Sims 4 since. It tells me I don't have access because "This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log into a different account or restart the app to try again." I'm not computer savvy, but believe I have restarted the app several times now. I am the only one in this household who plays this game. No one else owns the Sims 4 games (expansions, kits, etc.) but me and no one else downloaded anything. I just can't get in!!
Also, my library says it is empty. I have bought EVERY Sims 4 Expansion, Game, Stuff and Kit that has been made. Where is my stuff?
