Download stuck in preparing
Hello there,
my problem is, that on july 1st I purchased two Sims 4 Add-Ons (Get Together and Fitness Stuff). Everything went good and I used it for about 10 days. From one day to another i couldn't load my savegames because the game thought they were missing. Also completely gone from EA app. After a mail to EA support these two Add-Ons were back in EA App and the game showed them as owned.
But now i can't download them, both downloads are stuck in preparing and abort after a few minutes. I tried literally everything i found here - cleared the cache, deactivated my antivirus and firewall, removed my mods folder, completely reinstalled the ea app and even completely deleted sims 4 with all my Add-Ons twice. Had no problems downloading all the other over 20 Add-Ons I own again - only Get Together and Fitness Stuff didn't work.
Please help... 🙂

Live support will need to look over your account details with you as it sounds like these packs may have been removed from your account- this isn't something we can look into with you here on AHQ since we don't have access to your specific account details.
