Downloaded lots but it won’t appear on my library

I downloaded houses into my tray folder and It doesn’t appear in my library in sims 4 gallery, everything is in the correct place

ive enabled the cc and script mod on the library and game option,

but still it doesn’t appear

so can someone please help me

  • @cloudieee11  Is it possible that some of the lots you're downloading contain content from packs you don't own?  As a test, please start with another new Tray folder, download one lot from the Gallery, and make sure to save it to your library as well.  Quit the game, restart your computer, and look for the files in your new Tray folder, then load Sims 4 and see whether the lot still appears in your library.

  • @cloudieee11  Please make sure the files you downloaded are directly in your Tray folder, not inside a subfolder.

If that's not the issue, please post a screenshot of the Tray folder, including the address bar above the list of files.

@cloudieee11  There are a bunch of copies in your Tray folder, perhaps one for each file.  It might be easier to set aside this entire Tray folder and redownload the files.  If you move the Tray folder to your desktop (for safekeeping, in case you have your own files you'll want to retrieve later) and launch the game, a new folder will spawn.  Then you can add a freshly downloaded set of files to that folder and test.

If that doesn't help, please load your game to the Main Menu and look for the version number along the bottom of the screen or in the lower right corner.  Please list the entire version number, i.e. 1.xx.xxx.xxxx.

@cloudieee11  Let's try something different.  Please send me, via private message, the links to the lots you're downloading.  I'll check them in my own game and see whether they work as expected.
