downloaded new ea app, now says initialization error
I downloaded the new EA app for windows. Now when I try to play TS4 an error window appears saying "initialization error"
I have no idea how to fix this ☹️

@GaHedgehog Is your base game Steam?
I used Origin

Where the instructions reference Origin, substitute the EA App or its .exe. You can also download Origin again and use it instead.
