I just bought the Sims 4 and was wondering how the downloaded content I download from the gallery shows up in the game. Does it just show up or is there a way I have to download it into the game? Any help greatly appreciated
If you aren't under aged, you can visit the gallery in game.
When you add builds through the app or online gallery they also show up there.

Basically there are different categories you can download from the gallery, Households, Lots and Rooms. In order to do lots and rooms you must be in build mode, (note: entering a lot from the gallery will cause your current lot to completely disappear.) If you would like a household, you must be in CAS, you have the option to merge it with your current household or replace it completely. I hope I was able to assist you.
