DOWNLOADING FROM 32BIT TO 64 BIT

Hi Everyone I have just installed the 32 bit The Sims 4 digital deluxe version, but my laptop is making it unstable, it wants me to download the 64b version, how do I do this? Thank you 🙂

hey but when i tried to go to game game propties there wasnt any thing just some warning sign for elispy,please help

This is done in Origin not in the Game.
