download/restart to use pack glitch

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except 7 kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? open the game main meau
What happens when the bug occurs? can't use my anything for my two newest packs
What do you expect to see? to be able to use them
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
i am unable to use my two newest packs. i believe the photo actted is the reason why but not sure no am i sure how to fix it (note everying else work fine I just can't use anything in either of the two newest packs.)
@pinkant2 If you're using the EA App and haven't tried reinstalling Origin yet, that would be the next step.
Otherwise, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I wouldn't wait for a patch, which could come any time between tomorrow and several months from now. But it's your choice.
