downlond new Clothes and Hair an things like that for the sims 4

i  would like new clothes and hair and more for my  sims 4 and iv seen everyone doing it it would be nice if someone could help me so i can do the some too x

iv tryed them Why do they come up bald without clothes when i download them

iv been on boggs and mods to download sims and shoe and more but they come up bald and i even download from the sims 4 when im on the game but i still have this happen HELP
