Dynamic background hasn't updated yet?

Hi! I don't have the newest (second) version of the new dynamic menu background. The one that's graffiti and such. It's not so much that I'm dying to have it (lol) but just that it bugs me that somet...

heyjedikitty  Yes, trashing the new Sims 4 folder and restoring the old one will restore all your user content.  But before you do that, please create a new save, place a sim, save in live mode, quit, and reload, just to see whether this triggers the new background.
