ea app erorr, the sims 4 wont load at all

the sims dont load at all, when i try to start the game it says im missing a file called "com.epicgames.launcher" even tho i NEVER used epic games and i didnt even have a account there.

i tought that maybe getting the epic games launcher would help, but it didnt.

when i twas opening the game after installing it and creating epic games account, the ea app wa taking me into the epic games launcher when i didnt even have the sims 4 beacuse the account werent linked. i got rid of epic games and tried re-installing ea and the sims but the error is still there!

    @fisti2223  Try uninstalling the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) and reinstalling it.  Run it as an admin: right-click the desktop shortcut and select "Run as administrator."

    If that doesn't help, is it possible that you let someone else use your account and they linked an Epic account at some point?  Epic did give away a few Sims 4 packs for free a couple of years ago.

    i shared the account with my friend at some point and there is a possibility that he did link the account to the epic games, is there a way to disconnect them?
