Ea app keeps crashing/logging out when trying to run game

Yesterday I wanted to play TS4, so downloaded the game from Steam, and EA App wanted me to log-in (lastly I was playing NFS Heat few months ago, so session could expire). But when I typed my mail and...

@Woititti2005  Please do a clean uninstall of the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine).  Restart your computer and reinstall the App, then see whether you have the same problem.

If you get another crash, try running the App as an admin: right-click its desktop shortcut and select "Run as administrator."  If that doesn't help either, try putting the App in offline mode before launching Sims 4.
