@CarkyLuis Helloo just now I had the same problem. But in my case it happens after I downloaded a gshade file(maybe it's because I put it in the wrong file thus the problem) so I just delete the gshade (.ini file not the gshade app) and able to open the sims 4 again after that. Hope this help
