Problem with interaction with the digital content

Hi. I bought a digital key for a product The Sims 4: Lovestruck - Pre-Order Bonus (DLC) EA App (PC) Key but in the game it doesn't work... the order number is [removed] The digital content appears in the game but I can't interact with it. What should I do? For example I can't interact with the Herbert Heart Plushie , content in the pack I bought...

    Do you own the EP Lovestruck too? The Pre-Order Bonus Key doesn't work without the EP, although it is sold separately by some keysellers.
