Re: Error 500

The EA app is currently not working for me. It says the app needs a restart but won't let me. It says the sims 4 game needs an update (I haven't done the latest one). The update button doesn't do anything when pressed. If I press the update button more than 3 time the whole EA app crashes and shows an error message.

I've tried reloading the app multiple times. I've tried re starting my laptop 4 times now. Nothing is working.
