EA app PC : Problem downloading Sims 4

I recently got a new computer Skytech Blaze 3.0 (pretty high tech gaming computer not a potato laptop who can’t run the game). I’ve been able to download and play all of my favorite games. EXCEPT Sims 4. My old computer still used the Origin launcher, but no that’s not available anymore. So I downloaded the EA launcher. I was able to get sim city and sims 3 downloaded with no problem. But WITHOUT FAIL every time I try and download Sims 4 it fails, tells me to try again later. LATER HAS NOW BEEN FOUR MONTHS!!!!!!! I’ve reset the cache, I’ve deleted and redownloaded the launcher, I’ve done everything I can think and NOTHING HELPS. I’ve put over $150 into this game between all the DLC’s and I can’t access them. I’m BEYOND frustrated at this point. Even worse that I don’t see others reporting the same issue so I’m in the dark of what to do.
