EA App uninstalled my game

So I was playing Sims 4 all day just fine. I saved my game and exited the game. Came back an hour later trying to launch the game. It states the game can't launch because someone else is playing the game. The issue with that is no one else has my information. I went to my library and it shows I haven't installed the game... I tried to install in and it wouldn't let me saying there was an error. So far I have tried signing out and back into the app, I restarted my PC, and I made a fail of an attempt to try launching the game in offline mode. I am not sure what else to do. I submitted a ticket to EA, but the last time I had an issue they never responded back. I figured to try an attempt to see of anyone else has had this issue.
